Using the PDF Application Form
Step 1: Downloading the OFID grant application allows you to complete it offline before submitting. In order to use the PDF documents, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed; click here to download it for free.
Step 2: Fill in the fields listed in the PDF form and follow the instructions after you press the “Submit by Email” button.
Please note: You will not be able to save your PDF application form! You can, however, export and save it in Forms Data Format (FDF) on your desktop. FDF is a text file format specifically designed for data exported from PDF form fields.
Step 3: Submit the completed Grant Application, including a copy of your organization’s Registration Certificate (required)
- Click the “Submit by Email” button located at the top of the application.
- If you are not already connected to the Internet, you will be directed to do so.
- After you have clicked the "Submit per Email” button, you will be asked to indicate the mail sending options.
. Desktop Email Application allows you to use an email application such as Microsoft outlook, Express, Eudora…
. Internet mail allows you to use an Internet email service such as Yahoo or Hotmail. Follow the description how to send the Data file.
- Use the same email program to attach a copy of your organization’s Registration Certificate and other information required in the Form.
