Secondary Towns Water Supply and Sanitation (US$9 million) |

| To provide sustainable access to safe water supply and sanitation services in 16 secondary towns |
| Activities: |
- rehabilitation, development and expansion of water sources, treatment facilities and piped water supply systems;
- carrying out of safe sanitation awareness campaigns;
- construction of community, school and public latrines;
- institution strengthening; and
- land acquisition and resettlement.
